Sandy Joyce has been a certified International Sport Sciences Association (I.S.S.A.) Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist/consultant in the Boston MA area for over 12 years.

Sandy has competed in figure competitions, and her wide array of expertise include youth fitness, fitness for older adults, pre and post pregnancy, behavior modification and lifestyle strategy changes. She is a published author, having written for magazines such as
Muscle & Fitness Hers, T-Nation.com, F-HEIT.com, Musclewithattitude.com, FigureAthlete.com, and Fitgirlworld.com.
